Who is printing.com?
printing.com plc produce printed materials for local businesses and personal use. printing.com started operating in 1994, and since then constantly expanded and innovated.
The production hub
All orders are produced in a central production hub that is equipped with the latest technology to ensure the highest quality for your products.
The orders go through Flyerlink®, a proprietary piece of software printing.com developed to help the business run smoothly. Flyerlink® started as a way to record orders, and now controls all aspects of production including the machinery. This has improved our quality and efficiency, and ensures we can meet our guarantees.
Flyerlink® is one of the main reasons for success, high quality and scalability. We use Flyerlink® to process orders, manage projects and takes care of all our admin.
On time or it’s on us
We hate being let down as much as you do. That’s why all our products are backed by our turnaround promise. We’ll do everything we can to keep our promise. If we fail to despatch your order on time, we’ll give you a print credit to the full value of your order that you can use next time. We’re pretty confident mind you - in the past two years, we’ve despatched 99.97% of orders on time, or early.
FSC certified paper
The Forest Stewardship Council is a not-for-profit organisation who promote responsible management of forests. We’re certified under FSC’s Chain-of-custody programme, meaning wood is tracked from the forest until it ends up as your printing. Over 99% of the paper we use is FSC certified. Our environmental standards
As a leading manufacturer of print and promotional items, we understand our duty to operate to the highest levels of quality whilst respecting the environment. We operate and maintain formal environmental management measures that meet the requirements of International Standard BS EN ISO 14001:2004. If you’d like to know more, ask your local studio for a copy of our environmental policy.
Our quality Management System has been assessed by BSI and we’re certified for ISO 9001, the Quality Standard.
High definition reproduction
Not all printing is the same. Some is fuzzy or low resolution. We use Hi-Definition Reproduction which means your text will be pin sharp and your images, packed with detail. That makes a big difference, particularly with small coloured text. Ask us for free samples and you’ll see the difference for yourself.
Guaranteed fast turnaround
We make it easy for you to plan your promotions. Most of our products have a guaranteed turnaround (we’re working on the rest). Approve your artwork by 3pm and your order will be available for collection 3, 5, 7 or 10 working days later. For instance, an item with a 3 day guaranteed turnaround means approve Monday, collect Thursday. 5 working days: approve Monday, collect the following Monday. If you’re supplying artwork electronically, please allow up to 24 hours for us to check it.

Get Them Quicker…
You’ve got the power to make us work even more quickly. With our flexible turnaround options, you can choose your turnaround and choose your price. Our low prices mean we have to work ultra efficiently, so speeding up your order means we rack up lots of extra costs. To help contribute to these costs, we add a small premium to the normal print price – it’s only fair. For instance, a print item with normal turnaround of 10 working days is also available in 9, 8, 7, 6 or 5 working days with our Xpress Service – the less urgent your order is, the lower your price is.
BrandDemand is a fully integrated web-to-print system. It allows your network to create personalised marketing materials whilst preventing changes that alter your brand. As such, it is an ideal system for franchised networks, departmental organisations, charities and multi-site businesses.
Orders for leaflets, flyers and business cards can be placed by your network in minutes. BrandDemand removes the need for you to get involved. Put simply, it takes the hassle out of managing the print requirements for a multi-site network.

- All presses are fully automatic and feature KHS pre-inking; utilising CIP data from prepress, and x-rite fully automatic scanning spectrophotometers to reduce waste and makeready time, and control both presses whilst running.

printing.com’s Tree Appeal
With your help we’ve planted 90,000 trees with Tree Appeal and David Bellamy. We’ve donated trees to local schools to make the most of their grounds. This helps create woodland habitat, increases bio-diversity and, most importantly, provides an excellent learning resource â planting the trees, watching them grow, seeing how wildlife is encouraged and charting the changing seasons and weather.
