Not being the most tech savvy of folks, it's an age thing, we have always had great support from Nettl of Kidderminster since they created our new website for us a few years ago. On this occasion we needed some guidance to update some of our property photos, our first port of call...Alicja, our go to in such events, with a help plea. In no time at all we had a nice and easy how-to video to follow based on our own website, not just a general video, which clearly walks us through each step with very clear instructions and images. Job done and a very happy customer.
