The one where we celebrated…

Leets’ 1 Year at Nettl of Kidderminster

Rollercoaster year

What a crazy year it has been as I’m sure that we can all agree. Despite everything I have had one of the best years in terms of growth and development.

2020 has taught me how to adapt in a short space of time and make every moment and opportunity count. In the last 6 months I have particularly developed my skills regarding design, creativity, management and customer service. Each and every day is different with new challenges and exciting projects. I take great pride in the work that I do, always striving to deliver the best service and design to all of our clients.

Opportunities

I’ve had a lot of amazing opportunities come this year including attending a 5P course provided by our partner Nettl at their Birmingham studio along with my colleague Katie! We got to learn a little more about our ecommerce platforms and how to correctly undertake website meetings to advise and accurately structure a proposal to our clients.

I also visited a few of our clients, pre-covid days of course, at their workplaces to take photographs, discuss further prospects and generate marketing material for their social media accounts.

Projects

As I have become more situated in my role and grown confidence whilst enhancing my creativity, I have had the pleasure with working on some pretty exciting projects. Some being website design, marketing, branding, and content creation. one of my most recent website design projects that I assisted Linzi on was tailored beauty which is due to go live soon so stay tuned for our next Website Wednesday post! Another mini project that I really enjoyed working on was SourceCo Recruitments social posts. As they have only recently launched their business it has been a real pleasure being able to work with a young, thriving business that has given me a lot of creative freedom regarding their branded content.

Some of the bigger projects that I have had the opportunity to work on was blog writing for Solutions4IT, print artwork for Navigator and Eureka FS. In addition, I also designed a modern, branded free standing hand sanitiser station for WAGO whom is one of our international clients based in Australia.

Work family

Not everyone can truly say that they love their job but I have definitely found my place and what I enjoy doing. Many people my age and even older struggle to find what job they want to do long-term.

I’ve always been a creative individual but struggled to find the right industry for me. I feel like not only have I found my dream job but I also became a part of a truly amazing work family and it makes me very excited for the future and to see Nettl of Kidderminster continue to grow and develop.

So cheers to us team and to another great year!

Fancy a Coffee?

We love meeting new people, learning about different businesses & their industries. Maybe we could start a project together?
