We all know this year has been tough for everyone, but we just want to share our appreciation for those who have been supporting us during this time.
Studio Life Blog Archives
What a crazy year it has been as I’m sure that we can all agree. Despite everything I have had one of the best years in terms of growth and development.
August has been a bit of a hectic month with plenty of holidays and well deserved time off for the hard working team at Pixel! You often get to see what we get up to outside of the studio but we rarely share the fun and creative projects that we are putting all of our hard work into on a daily basis.
Over the last few months, we have been working with our friends at Coffee Masters to help create a new brand for their luxury drinks range. The first product launched in the ‘Indulgence Collection’ is their original hot chocolate blend – and anyone that knows the team knows that we love sweet treats so we couldn’t wait to get our hands on this to give it a try!
It’s been a long time since we have got all up & personal and updated you all on our studio life! The last 4 months have been, to say the least, one of the strangest and longest times for us all working from our homes… but we are back!
Hi, I’m Dan and I started Pixel Design & Print (now more likely known as Nettl of Kidderminster) back in 2003 in a very snug office at our old Mill Street address.
Hiiii! My name is Alicja (or Leets) and I have been working at Nettl since November last year. I am the digital marketing and social media apprentice that is probably looking after your social media accounts, scheduling/creating posts and doing tweaks on your websites
Hiya, I’m Katie and I am a Creative Consultant & Designer at Nettl of Kidderminster. I have been with the company for just over 4 and a half years (not counting or anything!).
Hey! So, my name is Linzi – and I have been working at Nettl for nearly 10 years now! My role has changed over the years but you will often find me dealing with many of our accounts and liaising with the clients on new campaigns and projects whilst managing the studio and team.
As many businesses have had to shut their doors & others were forced to adapt and change the way that they once operated, we wanted to create a platform that allows us all to get together and support one another.
In this edition, I talk about the kinds of things that I have been getting up to & learning whilst we are working from home due to the pandemic. Due to the spare time that I have now, I have been really focusing on my training and learning to design logos & building websites.
As a little work treat thanks to Linzi’s victory at Sterling Worcestershire Business Expo where she won Worcester Warriors game tickets, we all went for a little work outing!
Sterling is one of the fastest growing business networks that allows for local businesses to get together, form business relationships & share knowledge. We attended their business expo where we got to showcase some of our beautiful fabrics, play a alcohol free game of beer bong and make new connections!
Katie & Leets took the train down to Birmingham to attend a course ran by Nettl HQ. Going on a training course is always a fun little adventure, as well as fantastic opportunity to learn & polish up our skills!
Katie has turned 24 today at the Pixel studio! Birthdays are only celebrated once a year so it is important to make them memorable and to spend it with friends and family.
Well, 2019 has been a pretty big deal for us! We have put together our top highlights of the year for you to read all about, both business & personal. Let us take you on a journey, won’t take too long – promise!
On Sunday 1st December we participated in the ‘KEMP Hospice 5K Santa Gold Fun Run’ in Kidderminster!
We were invited along to the Midlands Fashion Awards on the 11th October with Lisa Shepherd and her hair crew as her media team to create a behind-the-scenes style video to showcase their involvement in the show.
Little Owl Farm Park are a nettl:concierge client of ours, so when they asked for ideas to promote their Halloween Fright Night events we thought that a quirky promotional video would be a great idea!
We are pleased to say that we are all barista trained, meaning we can create a range of delicious coffees & hot chocolates using our lovely new coffee machine from our friends at Coffee Masters.
