Here are some ideas which we have found useful and have started putting in to practice at Pixel Design to help drive more traffic to our website which will hopefully lead to more enquiries!
Make a List of Influencers to Follow
This is a great way to share content and encourage people to share your own posts too! Make a list of local businesses who blog or people who influence you and your industry on Twitter or Facebook. Create a post on your blog listing all of these accounts with a short sentence as to why you follow them and how they influence you and your industry and send tot hose you have mentioned! If this is done tastefully, it is likely they will share the post and this will then reach more of their followers and drive more traffic to your site and in addition, improve your SEO!
Answer Questions about your Industry
You think people are not interested in your business, but there are always questions they may have or things they have wondered about your industry. Why not open up questions in your post and answer them? A bit of informative writing about one of your services or products could go a long way.
Profile your Team
Take pictures of your team, talk about them, write about them, give them a short BIO – this is something people love to ‘Like’ and ‘Share’ as it is a bit more personal! You could open it up with a post about one of your team members and their best skill, then offer a question and answer session with them? Get some interaction from your followers!
Sneak Peaks
Everyone loves a sneak peak! It generate excitement from your customers and increases engagement! Show a sneak peak of new products or services, make them visual, encourage questions and answers or any feedback from your customers!
There are many ways you can encourage more traffic, followers and engagement with your audience, but content marketing is definitely one to concentrate on!
